Will I receive confirmation once my payment is received?
Yes. You will automatically receive an email notification as soon as we confirm receipt of your payment.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
In exceptional cases, changes may be possible if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.
The e-bike I want is out of stock. What should I do?
You can explore similar available models directly on our website. For personalized recommendations or updates on restock availability, please contact our customer service team.
Do you have a physical store where I can view or pick up my order?
Alwaybike is an online shop. However, our warehouse is located in Pomona, California. Customers may arrange to pick up their e-bikes during business hours by contacting us in advance.
What should I consider when ordering an e-bike?
When selecting your e-bike, you can use our online frame size calculator to determine the correct size and add it to your cart. After your purchase, our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the frame size and review any additional details with you.
I’m not home during the day. Can I have my order sent to another address?
Yes, you may enter an alternative delivery address (e.g., your workplace or a family member’s address) during checkout.
⚠ Please note: Due to shipping regulations, e-bike batteries are classified as “dangerous goods” and cannot be shipped to parcel stores or lockers. They must be delivered to a physical address where someone is available to receive the package.
Can I track my shipment? Where is my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
In some cases, yes. If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you may request a change. Please contact us immediately through our contact form.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your bikes?
We stand behind the quality of our bikes! All AlwaysBike bicycles come with a comprehensive warranty:

- Components (Brakes, Gears, etc.): [1 year] limited warranty.
- Warranty coverage is for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Are the bikes assembled when they arrive, or do I need to put them together?
For safe shipping, our bikes arrive partially assembled (typically 85-90% complete). You'll need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, seat post, and perform some basic adjustments (brakes, gears). We include all necessary tools and clear, step-by-step assembly instructions. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, we recommend taking it to a local bike shop for professional assembly and tuning (costs vary by shop).
